Whenever we learn of an opportunity for you to attend or tune into a candidate debate or forum, we’ll post it here.

Many of these events present an opportunity for you—and your children—to ask questions and learn more about where the candidates stand on climate change, energy and the environment.

Governor and US Congressional Districts 6, 11, 13 Candidates*

The Cobb County Democratic Committee is pleased to announce a series of three forums to provide an opportunity for voters across the county to hear candidates discuss pertinent issues face-to-face. There is no charge to attend any of these forums. The forums will also be televised on Channel 23.

*All candidates have been invited but not confirmed.

Candidate Forum by Farm Bureau and Commerce Chamber

See, hear and meet more than 20 candidates running for local and statewide offices, including GA11 Congressional incumbent Rep. Barry Loudermilk and challenger Flynn Broady.

The forum brings candidates of all parties, as well as non-partisan judicial races, together in the same location. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from candidates who are running with opposition and ask them questions.

Boy Scout Troop 465 will serve homemade ice cream. Cherokee County Farm Bureau will provide soft drinks, water and peanuts.

Tele-town Hall 

Indivisible GA-11 invites incumbent U.S. House Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R) and Democratic challenger Flynn Broady Jr. to a tele-town hall to discuss gun control and other unscripted questions.

The town hall is open to the public. Broady will participate. Loudermilk stated he has a prior engagement and will not be able to call in.
